Here's a restaurant that doesn't look like much, but it's always full. Low-budget travelers come to join a Nepalese clientele. A guarantee of quality. And for good reason: the dhal bat is good and copious! The recipes are prepared according to the purest thakali tradition (a community originally from Mustang). Most of the ingredients even come directly from the region of Kali Gandaki where the village of Tukche is located, which gives the dishes that very special flavour. For an immersion in the heart of typical Nepal!
