A true museum, the Dwarika is certainly one of the most beautiful testimonies of Nepalese architecture and culture. For forty years, the owners of the place have collected and restored hundreds of sculptures from the valley with passion. Sculpted windows and restored temple elements decorate this upscale hotel complex. Krishnarpan, the restaurant of the establishment, offers a wide range of Nepalese dishes. If the address is not accessible to all budgets, it is worth a look, if only for tea.

However, it is next to the airport, which means far from the tourist areas, and given the traffic jams in Kathmandu, each travel in the taxi can become a nightmare.
