Sagarmatha National Park covers an area of 1 148 km ² in the Khumbu region. The park has the highest summit in the world: Mount Sagarmatha, more known as Everest (8 848 m.). But also Cho Vasha, Pumori, Ama Dablam, Thamerku, Kwangde, Kangtaiga and Gyachyung Kang.
