In the center of Lakeside, the Busy Bee Café is an institution of Pokhara nightlife. Local rock bands perform here, and the youthful crowd is always on hand. A few old English motorcycles set the tone at the entrance, and the wooden décor is superbly cool, especially the terrace overlooking the lake. Low prices during happy hour on cocktails and bottled beers. If you're feeling peckish, try the sandwiches and snacks. Strong spirits are de rigueur later in the evening. A festive address in Pokhara.
