Lost in the heart of the bush about 90 km from Maun, this luxurious lodge offers a total connection with nature. The 7 tents are spacious and elegant, with large openings and a private deck for discreet wildlife viewing. As the name suggests, we are in the heart of a plain frequented by leopards, among others, which we will be lucky to see. Several activities on the spot and in the surroundings, notably in Makgadikgadi and Nxai Pan. A swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself after the excursions, while waiting for a copious dinner.

Discover a luxurious oasis of tranquility and relaxation in the middle of the bushveld. Offering 7 generously-proportioned rooms, Leopard Plains, a game-rich private nature reserve, is ideally situated at the gateway not only to Nxai Pan National Park but also to Makgadikgadi National Park, where visitors can explore the flora and fauna, as well as admire the impressive Baines baobabs.
Every year, between May and October, thousands of zebras leave the flood plains of Savuti for the Nxai Pan and Makgadikgadi national parks, in search of fresh pastures. Join us on guided excursions to discover the sights and sounds of this incredible journey, which is the second largest migration in Africa.
