We did the 2 night 3 day Chobe camping and it was amazing. Such good value for money and would recommend multiple day tour to maximise your chances of seeing everything. Our guide OP was great, very knowledgeable and personable. He made us feel totally safe in all situations. We saw so many animals including lions hunting and eating a kill, 2 leopards, elephants, giraffe, Zebra, buffalo and loads more! The camping was great too, really good food, a shower (a bag with water overhead behind a privacy screen), a toilet (a hole with a raised loo seat), the beds were a mat on the floor and were comfy. Camping really felt like an immersive experience so I would totally recommend, we even had elephants visit next to the camp at night! Such an epic time, and would definitely recommend OP as a guide.
Brilliant river cruise. Magical river safari along the Chobe River with a really nice guide.
And another great land safari in the afternoon.
Watching awesome wildlife...
and I can see why it's been described as an elephant's paradise.
Highly recommended.
We camped for 2 nights at Chobe National Park with Kalahari tours and had an excellent time. Our guide, Kennedy, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we were able to see a wide array of birds and animals thanks to his efforts. The camp was basic but comfortable and was a great experience overall. We even saw a honey badger trying to get into the food supplies at the camp! We really recommend the camping in Chobe for someone who wants to get a great feel for the national park and spend some more time around the animals.
Very helpfull and friendly staff they made our visit worthwhile and gave us a wonderfull experience. Wonderfull guide on game drive as well as boat cruise.
An EXCELLENT Safari. Staff was great and the logistics were handled well.
I did the overnight camping. It was incredible and I highly recommend it for those who are thinking about it. I felt safe and will take my kids here when they are old enough.
We did the 2-day 1-night camping trip. It was amazing! Our guide, Leo, was kind, informative, patient, understanding, and knew how to find all types of wildlife. The camp was as comfortable as possible duri g the hot dry season. The meals at camp were far more than expected. Everything possible to keep us safe was done. I highly recommend this tour company. Use this company.
We had booked the 2-days-1-night tour & we absolutely loved it. Sleeping in tents in the middle of nowhere to the sound of roaring lions was truly an unforgettable experience. The food served at the camp was very delicious including a lot of fresh vegetables and it was great to see that everything was set up in a sustainable manner. Definitely recommendable!
We did their I night 2 day safari. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the park to the fullest. They also do day trips, transfers and boat cruises. Your gobyo activities supplier in Kasane.
My husband and I participated in a 3-day/2-night camping tour starting on September 14. On this trip we also stayed at luxury resort hotels in Victoria Falls, Cape Town, Cairo and Dubai, but these three days at the camp were more moving and exciting than any of those experiences.
Our guide, Chica, is a pro at finding animals. He found lions eating, buffalo crossing a river, elephants, the whole pride of lions trying to get at them, and many other wonderful sights.
Amos and another chef (sorry I don't know his name) also did a great job making sure we were comfortable at the camp site. The all food was excellent!
The camp site is perfect for a wildlife experience, with lions roaring while you sleep and elephant tracks. I would definitely recommend it!!
We had an amazing 3 day 2 night experience. The booking and planning of our tour was very easy and flawless. During the tour, the whole staff and especially our guide were so friendly and very experienced. We learned many things about the animals we saw. The camp was great and the food amazing. Would definitely recommend!
These people are the bee's knees.I have spent more than 40 years travelling into Southern Africa.Everywhere extravagant prices are treated as a norm. Not here the service & hospitality are priceless whilst delivered at budget price.Extraordinary value.3 leopard s in 2 drives!!!
Very professional, very helpful. Amazing staff, on time ,vechiles was in excellent condition. We could not go through to Zim because if chaos on Zim border post. Without asking we were refunded by Kalahari!! I can highly recommend them! A special thanks to Shams our driver and guide for his patience, help and friendliness!! You are a STAR????
I had a great three-day, two-night safari with Kalahari Tours. Our guide, Mr. T, was amazing and so knowledgeable. All of the staff at camp was so kind and helpful and fun, and the food was amazing. There was a small mix-up as I was leaving and my bag accidentally got taken back into camp with a group coming in. Mr. T was so kind about it and immediately drove back in to get it back to me. I would definitely recommend doing your safari with this company and hope I get a chance to book with them again!
We did a private sunset boat cruise and a transfer to Victoria falls with Kalahari Tours- they were responsive, answered all my questions and they were flexible with timings for our transfer as we were ready earlier than expected. The transfer was seamless
The private sunset boat cruise was nice but they gave us a large boat instead of a small speedboat, we were a party of 2. The large boats are slow, can’t go a close to the animals and are susceptible to currents from other boats. Due to speed we didn’t cover as much ground during our boat trip. We were also told the boat trip was 3h long but we spent the first 45minutes getting to the registration point at Chobe to checkin (might be quicker if you were in a Speedboat?) We didn’t feel it was fair to include this time within the total length of the tour. We still had a nice time though and would recommend but worth noting the above on the boat trip. Our tour guide was also lovely.
Wonderfull expiriance with our great guide Leo. He gave us one highlight after the other. Great guide, great person. Knowledgeable, relaxed, polite and on time. Sometimes less is more.
We booked the 3 day, 2 night camping Safari. Sleeping in a tent in the midle of the national park was a huge experiance. Would recomend it to anyone. Animal life in the park was beyond expectations.
Thank you!
(visited in early May) We went on 3 day, 2 nights camping trip to Chobe NP. If you want to experience Chobe and don't rush, this trip is for you. It was definitely the best experience on our 14 day stay in Botswana. Very good communication from the beginning, reasonable price, good food and comfortable camp in the bush thanks to Amos and Giugu (not sure with the spelling). Special thanks goes to our guide Mr. T. We were really lucky that he was our guide. He told us plenty of stories and facts about animal behavior, game and tracking. We tracked huge group of lions, elephants, buffalos, impalas and hippos. The very best guide we met in Botswana 11/10!!! :) Thank you!
Beautiful experience! We did 3 days 2 nights and the whole organization was just perfect! Camping in the bush is an experience to try and with them it was all very easy. We had a wonderful guide, Chika, that enjoyed the safari as much as we did and gave us plenty of information.
Immer wieder gerne.
And another great land safari in the afternoon.

Personeel was attent en wisten waar ze mee bezig waren. Dit geldt voor zowel guide als ook de kok.
Dure safari maar meer dan het geld waard!
