Then you have their support team including the man, the myth, the legend Makata! He's always so nice to everyone walking through the door, and will do anything for each guests. Banks and Kelly from the activity desk also go above and beyond.
The rooms are very spacious with all amenities necessary for a great stay. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are large with great water pressure. The grounds are well manicured and the two pools are beautiful. We truly enjoyed the daytime activities, especially the sunset cruise!
The spa is also beautiful, and the staff very professional and phenomenal treatments. Special thanks to Gohse for an outstanding massage! Overall, this property is incredibly amazing! The entire staff of Mowana will make you feel like part of their family!
