Spacious rooms with terrace in a guesthouse with secure parking, one of the best accommodations in Jwaneng.

Without a doubt, one of the best accommodations in the city of Jwaneng. The 8 rooms, all in brick, open onto a pleasant courtyard, with secure parking. They are spacious and well laid out to take advantage of all the space. Each room has a nice personalized African decoration, reminding the animals that we can see in the bush. A little extra: they are equipped with a large dressing room with mirror, a private terrace and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. At the restaurant, you can enjoy classic dishes well prepared.

After a very long 7 hours road trip, we were absolutely exhausted when we arrived where we where supposed to overnight just to hear they made a mistake with our bookings and the 5 rooms we booked where not available, they then suggested we travel a further 270 km to Meyers Guesthouse, and can I just say it was actually a blessing in disguise. The Guesthouse was closed for the season, however special arrangements was made and we where met after arriving just after 8 by a very gracious host, Nelson came in especially to settle us in, serve us drinks and arrangements where made for a Nando's food delivery. The rooms are absolutely exquisite and tastefully decorated and very large!!! The mattress we slept on was the most amazing mattress ever. I am sad we didn't get to sample the food as I read in the visitor's log that the food is amazing.
We will leave that for another visit.
I highly recommend this Guesthouse ???? ????

Very nice, comfortable overnight stay. The room was nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice and neat. Rooms have aircon, shower and a bath. Double ply toilet paper.
Parking is secure behind a gate.
The food is good and staff friendly.
Breakfast and dinner times are not very work friendly so I will avoid Meyers if you come to do some work on the mine. But it is a great stop over for tourists.

Great place to stay. The area looks dodgy at firts but the stay was excellent. Safe parking, friendly staff. Spacious, air conditioned and comfortable rooms with all that one would expect and more. Highly recommended!
