Nice rooms and great breakfast selection. The entrance area by the main gate leaves a bit to be desired, but overall, it is a very nice place.

One word, terrible. I went to this cresta for the first time, they had very few options on vegetarian dises and I ordered a veg lasagne and I waited 2 hours and got a bunch of boiled vegetables with cheese on top, with no spices at all. Then today, again I went there to give this hotel another chance, yet again disappointed! I called before I went there, asked if they are open to swim, they said that we are open till 6pm. I get there at 5:15 and they said we are not allowed to swim because its soon about to be 6. When we came 45 mins before it closes, plus they said we should order before we swim so most of our time went there because their staff is so slow to respond and their service is slow. I am extremely disappointed, never stepping foot again in this cresta. I do not recommend it at all.

Ein schönes Hotel mit großem Zimmern. Sauber. Und zentral gelegen. Akzeptiert Kreditkarten. Schöner kleiner Garten. Im Schlafzimmer Bibel und Kondome.

My room was spacious with a big comfortable bed, the balcony exit is a nice touch to step outside for some night fresh air. The service was great but reception services was a bit slow. the food is great especially the breakfast

It's at the centre of Palapye and hence you can easily access most Shopping Centres. The dining hall/ restaurant could use new furniture though. Good and prompt customer service
