HILL AND RUINS OF DOMBOSHABA
Archaeological and cultural site in Francistown, an important address for the Kalanga tribe. Possibility of a guided tour.
Covering an area of 8 hectares, this archaeological and cultural site dates back to the 15th century and is of great importance to the inhabitants of the region, especially to those from the Kalanga tribe. It is in this village that the chief of the tribe and his relatives would have lived. While walking among the ruins, one can discover tombs, an old well (still in use today) and of course, the foundations of old houses. Guided tours are available.
