Very noisy at, lots of maintenance going on so its not a great place if you want to relax your mind. The food is very bad, no variety, no room service, very bad restaurant times.

I had the best service ever located just in Riverwalk mall, thanks guys for the shuttle and also great food, you guys are amazing and the rooms are upto date with international standards, I recommend anyone visiting Gaborone Botswana to check with them Kea leboga

1. Woodlane does not allow customers to order food from the rooms when they have cooked buffet.
2. Woodlane refuses to pack breakfast for customers who are too late to sit down and eat. They have on several occasions refused to assist me when I needed to pack my breakfast to eat where I was going since I was late.

Great value in a central Gaborone location, walking distance to the lovely Riverwalk Mall. Superb staff, the friendliest ever. I'll return.

Conviniently located

The hotel is located within Riverwalk Mall with banks, restaurants and shops. You can also easily get a cab or taxi nearby. In the evening you can watch movies in the mall.

But the hotel service is not that good. We went for conference and we were crowded inside a very small conference room. They shouldn't allow too many people on small rooms.

They should also improve on their food. There are always too many conferences which can get annoying

We hosted a half day session for about 20 people and we were well taken care of. We will certainly us their facilities again. Location is very well placed, amenities and workshop resources were good enough for our needs and the restaurant was well organised with a good buffet.

Great customer service, friendly staff. The room it’s self was not the best, smelly blanket and low pressure in the shower. We could hear everything going on in the corridor. All couches, blankets and carpet need a deep clean.
