Luxury hotel with chic African decoration, obviously very comfortable. The sixty or so semi-independent rooms and studios are equipped with all the modern comforts to meet the requirements of business people. The impersonal and aseptic effect of the service is slightly mitigated by the charming inner courtyard, its lounge and its small relaxation pool. The hotel is strategically located next to the News Café, in the heart of the city's business district. An airport shuttle service is available to guests free of charge.

It made me feel I'm in kindergarten ???? no butter eggs been butchered you cant tell them how to cook your egg as you must click on a form.
The beds and pillows was of high quality and clean the room is spacious

Cons:
1. Rooms not prepared ahead of time (no tea stuff, soaps, etc.)
2. TV was missing remote and some channels not working
3. Room missing aircon remote
4. Carpet was smelly
5. Restaurant/breakfast service very slow and limited food options (some stuff was even out of stock)
6. No shuttle service of their own, so not always booked to your order or time of choosing
For a "four star" hotel, nothing was there or if it was there it was broken or limited. Had to request things that should have been there and sort out issues on a daily basis.
