Originally from a village near Tsabong, in southwestern Botswana, Daisy Bailelwang fell into jewelry-making as a child, under the influence of her mother, a renowned art teacher. As her training progressed, she perfected her skills and developed her own style, drawing her inspiration from the Kalahari desert. Daisy's creations are made with beads or natural materials and reflect her deep connection with nature and spirituality. She exhibits at the Thapong Visual Art Centre and takes part in various fairs.
