Expected in the capital, the event brings together the best local artists and international musicians for a week.
The Gaborone International Music and Culture Week (GIMC) is a multidisciplinary event that has been held every year since 2014, in the first week of September. On the program: theatre, poetry, concerts, fashion shows... and golf! This eclectic program brings together the region's best artists who perform alongside international musicians. Part of the funds are donated to NGOs helping the country's poorest communities.
