CATEDRAL DE SAN ISIDRO
Neo-Gothic cathedral with a craft market at the foot of the building and a 68 m high tower, which hosts sacred music concerts
Its real name, Cathedral of San Isidro Labrador, the building is flanked by an unmistakable tower, 68 metres high. The stained glass windows were made in France. The city is built around this neo-Gothic building from 1898, where concerts of sacred music are given. The cathedral in fact faces the Plaza Mitre, or better known as Plaza San Isidro. A craft market comes to life on Saturdays and Sundays at the foot of the cathedral on the main square. A good time to visit the place and stroll between the craftsmen's stands.
