MUSEO PUYRREDON
A museum in an old mansion surrounded by a garden, presenting an interesting heritage and offering a beautiful bucolic stroll.
This museum is housed in the former home of Juan Martín de Pueyrredón, director of the United Provinces of the Río de la Plata, as he was appointed by the Congreso de Tucumán in 1816. A splendid building, which dates from the end of the 18th century. Together with the surrounding garden, the house was classified as a national historic monument in 1941. The furniture you can see there did not belong to the house, which was empty when the municipality bought the place. The collection was built up little by little. An interesting heritage coupled with a beautiful bucolic walk.
