LE GRAND CAFÉ
At the death of the founder of the Grand Café, his young son Malek inherited the bakery, coffee and clothing, while his brother was awarded the Bimbo soap. The Grand Café is therefore held by a young dynamic owner, assisted by an uncle from France, around which about employees are involved.
Its terrace and breakfasts belong to the necessities of Bangui. If the Grand Café is the meeting place of rich Central Africans like expatriates or French soldiers - so ideal to see and be seen, especially on Sunday morning - it is no less user-friendly, marked by the street noise which borders the sun terrace.
The interior, full of freshness, is bright with large glass windows surrounding the sofas. The main attraction of the Grand Café is its attractive windows, with vanilla lightning, chocolate breads, nit… Good quality, pastries and pastries are varied. Fresh fruit yogurt (on-site or to take), caramel creams and sweet biscuits are some of the specialties of the house, just like the ice, made on the ground, but whose smoothness has difficulty convincing. You can also eat on the thumb a delicious slice of pizza, a sandwich or a little salad: Ideal for a fast lunch break, fresh in the heat of noon. White shirt servers with butterfly nodes.

Ouvert toute la journée il sert de belle pizza, salades et autres pâtisseries. Service un peu long mais c'est bon et c'est le principal
