With its Asian community expanding, Bangui has a restaurant of Chinese specialities of a very good level. Inside, tables are separated from screens for more privacy, and encircle a large oval table reserved for buffets. The red red of candlelight, tablecloths or paintings marries the painted wood of the sculpted bar; by leaving, you've probably forgotten Bangui the space of a meal. The map, exceptionally furnished and diversified, offers an interesting choice of oriental flavours: Cooked beef in many ways (sauté, teryaki, ginger, etc.), chicken chicken, caramel pork, caramel, painted duck, écureuil, écureuil and stir-fried vermicelli are always successful. But if the flavour of spring rolls remains unsurpassed, shrimp nems and doughnuts are not really up to the height. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
