If the decoration is somewhat outdated, this restaurant is exceptional for the quality of its dishes, probably the finest of Bangui, with an inventive card and impeccable service. To advise travellers in bad luck with a traditional French table, as they serve very tender beef or duck conflict. But African specialities have not been forgotten, with original dishes like the ribs of chasseur way. Ecuador, like many other restaurants, makes a point of cooking the captain to all the sauces and even proposes three recipes of this fish very popular for its tender and goûteuse flesh, i. e. smoked, tartar and grilled. We advise the captain's carpaccio, quite exceptional. New recipes blend flavours with brio, like the bread of old mustard captain on his tagliatelle bed, or captain's curry and mango shrimp.

Belle carte et menu du jour fort agréable, reste que le service est hélas très lent... et c'est bien dommage car le personnel est de qualité et fort serviable.
