Opened in 2003, it is the only restaurant in Bouar where it is possible to dine permanently, thanks to bush meat (buffalo, elephant, varan…). Fresh and quiet in the afternoon - a few traditional musicians sing tales - the tortilla animates at night (perfect for a drink). As in all Bouar restaurants, the menu offers three possibilities: cibissi (coypu), monkey or snake!
