Abdou N'Diaye, "the quiet man", travelled in Africa for 20 years and learned to cook in Grand-Bassam, Côte d'Ivoire, before opening his own restaurant in Saly. He specializes in grilled meats, especially fish and seafood. The products are fresh and cooked on charcoal or plancha. Sitting in the garden, in the shade of a courtyard, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the place, while getting to know your neighbours. Sometimes, a musician comes to enliven the meal with pleasant traditional music. To be discovered!

Restaurant typique du Sénégal. Il ne paye pas de mine au premier abord mais la cuisine est simple pas chère savoureuse et très sûre pour les estomacs européens. Même les glaçons sont faits avec de l'eau minérale dans l'usine toute proche qui alimente aussi les hôtels du coin. On peut y aller les yeux fermés pour un repas un en cas où pour boire un coup .

Ma brochette de lotte était l'une des meilleures que j'ai mangé au pays: cuisson parfaite avec une bonne portion dans l'assiette. Le cadre est joli et calme. Situé dans un cadre résidentiel, le proprio (l'homme tranquille) a beaucoup voyagé et a beaucoup d'histoire à raconter. Pleins de pièces antiques africaines décorent les lieux.

Par contre le restaurant la pirogue juste à côté n est pas cité bizarre.
C est un endroit chaleureux où l on mange très bien à prix tres raisonnable
