Situated on an exceptional site, in the middle of the forest, where you can see the fauna moving around, the camp overlooks the Gambia River. The ventilated huts with toilets and shower unfortunately fall into disuse. The reception is nevertheless friendly, the international cuisine is acceptable. It is an excellent starting point to venture into the park but also to discover the region, as the camp offers walks, dugout canoes, mountain bikes and 4x4 with bivouac.

Im Vergleich zum Preisniveau anderer Campingplätze (ca. 5000) viel zu teuer: Um im eigenen Auto zu übernachten zahlt man 10000.

Schitterende locatie. Apen lopen los door het kamp. Uitzicht over de rivier de Gambia. Unieke plaats in Senegal.

Las habitaciones que nos dieron, en frente del generador, eran chozas sórdidas y ruidosas. Muchos insectos. El "ecologismo" no puede servir de coartada. No había agua caliente. El "jardin" descuidado. En este campamento se alojan, en la parte "décente", a los "grupos". La cena aceptable. Eso sí el entorno es privilegiado... Por el precio y el nivel de confort es mucho mejor alojarse dentro del parque...
