In 2006, the young people of Dialacoto opened this camp with the help of the NGO ICD Afrique, to stem the exodus to the city. The GIE structure also works to protect the environment and combat logging. The huts are simple, the outdoor showers decent, but the camp is unfortunately falling into disuse. Renovations were being delayed during our visit. You can, however, stop for lunch - the food is delicious!

Very friendly and sympathetic welcome. Mady Diaye, the manager, is very good advice and assistance was precious organize our tour. Ousmane Baté, the guide that run for us was very nice. It is a good expert of the park and countries Bédik and Bassari. The camp is well-kept and very pleasant huts. Le Gie also offers accommodation located in the park, the gué de Damantan. It is necessary to telephone front. Super welcome, small huts made of volcanic stones, clean, outdoor showers, (bucket), WC synopses, delicious restoration by Blaise inventive and delicate chef. Good time with more bathing in the river, a delight.
