Every Friday, Ventimiglia comes alive with locals and tourists alike. It's a huge market that runs along the entire seafront, frequented by hundreds of people every week and especially popular with the French. Textiles and clothing, leathers, skins, shoes and accessories, household goods, perfumes... in profusion. Made in Italy , but also made in China or Tunisia, at all prices. It's the perfect opportunity to do a little shopping for yourself, or to bring back to your family and friends. Beware of counterfeits, of which there are many here!

Un grand marché où vous trouverez de tout ou presque, à tous les prix. De la nourriture, des vetements, différents gadgets, de la maroquinerie.... la qualité est très variable. Attention aux contrefaçons.

Il est loin le temps où l'on faisait de vraies bonnes affaires sur ce marché...des cars entiers de visiteurs sont déversés ici dans l'espoir de mais..la qualité n'est plus au rendez vous...reste qu'il est toujours moins cher de venir là et de s'engloutir une bonne pizza(ça, on peut encore trouver...) que de prendre un billet pour Pékin....
