Located in the heart of nature, the restaurant is run by Delphine, a friendly young woman who has already made a beautiful journey working with the starred chef Joël Robuchon. An authentic setting, a seasonal cuisine and a warm welcome make this address a great place to stop and enjoy. Delphine offers typical mountain dishes: fondue, raclette, tartiflette and local cuisine from Nice, with of course cold cuts and local cheese. The desserts are homemade and the cooked products are local. The establishment has a smoking room and makes its own smokes. A mezzanine can accommodate groups. A very well exposed terrace allows you to fully enjoy this little piece of paradise. Once you're full, you only have one thing in mind: to come back quickly. Please note that the restaurant is only accessible by foot, snowshoe or ski from December to May.
