The "sentier des Douaniers" (customs officers' trail) runs for some 30 kilometers along Cap Corse. It winds along the crystal-clear coastline to Centuri, via Barcaggio and Tollare. From Macinaggio, you follow the beach, then follow a rocky path with yellow markers. In just over an hour's walk, you'll reach the Genoese tower of San'Agnello and enjoy a sumptuous view of the northeastern tip of Cap Corse and the island of Giraglia.
