Managed by Monika Boucher and her daughter Gwenaëlle, the estate is one of the precursors of organic viticulture in Corsica, certified in 1987. Rewarded efforts that delight the palates of the finest connoisseurs. The range includes the Granjolo in the 3 colors, the Granajolo Cuvée Monika, in red and rosé, and the "J", in red and white, an exceptional wine matured in barrels and produced in limited quantities. The grape varieties used are niellucciu and sciaccarellu for the red and rosé, and vermentinu, the traditional island white.

Je viens d’ouvrir une bouteille de rouge 2019. Quel plaisir! Félicitations, le vin corse avec un tel cru a atteint ses lettres de noblesse et peut rivaliser avec nombre d’autres!

Un peu déçu.. dégustation sympa, emballé par la cuvée Monika, goûtée en resto et le j en blanc ou rouge goûtés sur place, j'achète donc 3 cartons. Seulement les j sont tous bouchonnés.. pas de chance peut être ?! Seul la cuvée Monika est bonne.. donc assez déçu dans l'ensemble alors que nous étions conquis au début !
