This is without doubt the best restaurant in Cape Town! Its reputation is well-founded: everything is perfect, from the moment you arrive in this adorable little fishing port to the impeccable service in its well-kept surroundings. The menu evolves with the market and the seasons, offering extraordinary combinations of land and sea. Several formulas allow you to indulge, including the four-step "discovery menu". The wine list, with its 400 references and aging vintages, is excellent, and the tableware is by Julien Truchon, a ceramist from Patrimonio.

S'il n'y a vraiment qu'une chose que vous attendez d'un restaurant, c'est de ne pas avoir d'intoxication alimentaire. C'est ce que mon ami et moi avions à la fois de ce que nous soupçonnons d'être des fruits de mer mal manipulés. Assez déçu par un menu autrement mal exécuté et sans intérêt. Je ne sais pas pourquoi c'est encore dans le guide Michelin, je vois pourquoi ils ont perdu leur étoile. A été servi un verre de vin aigre qui avait clairement été ouvert pendant des jours. Je ne sais pas non plus comment vous pouvez faire passer un amuse-bouche comme un cours complet. 2 étoiles pour les serveurs sympathiques et le réglage côté port.
