If you are in the mood for a little originality, this apartment with its uncluttered decoration will offer you an unusual moment. The chef, Vanja Puškar, from Bosnia, has taken on the challenge of renewing traditional Balkan cuisine with a personal system. The eight dishes included in the menu (vegetarian or with meat) are served in very small portions in a large dish, which encourages you to savor every bite, but you will have eaten your fill by the end of the meal. The menu changes every month!
