Splav, a restaurant specializing in seafood, located between Novi Beograd and Zemun, is a famous place to go out in the Balkans and among young singles looking for romantic encounters thanks to its floating terrace, very "Instagrammable" indeed. During the day, it serves as a restaurant whose prices border on the scandalous given their poor quality and lack of taste.
