The Moskva café has a legendary status in the city. In the heyday of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, it was the meeting place for the country's intellectual elite and visiting aristocrats. The hall still has an imperial atmosphere, with a mezzanine with elaborate balconies and velvet chairs that would not be out of place in the Opéra Garnier. The place is always well frequented, from the morning for a cup of tea and the live piano in the room (which also plays in the evening). The pastry shops are the most famous in the city.
