Running enthusiasts can try the Belgrade Marathon, which has been held without fail since 1988. It is the most important sporting event in the country (in terms of number of participants) and even the Nato bombings have not prevented its organization. The competitors start in the morning for a loop that ends in front of the Moskva Hotel in Terazije. The marathon is accompanied by a half-marathon, more frequented, as well as a special loop for children and the very popular Fun Run: a loop of 5 km that mobilizes the crowds in good humor!
