This market was established in 1924, designed as the large open-air market in the city center. Today it is a small bazaar in an oriental style with a Balkan atmosphere. You can find many spices, fruits and vegetables and the most varied flowers of the capital, but also crafts and many small practical objects.

The prices are quite low but some merchants sell their produce only in bulk (5 kg minimum).
