In a park with trees, there is this more traditional church, really typical of the Vojvodina region. It was built by the Austrian architect Johan Kozak in 1798 in a style called "Kopf", i.e. in the tradition of the Danube Baroque. This style is characterized here by a simple rectangular plan, and a bell tower with a square foundation and a bulging bronze roof. The church is known for its Black Madonna of Apatin, which was for a long time an object of worship and veneration for the Germans of Vojvodina.
