This multi-purpose social and cultural center opened in 2007 and aims to strengthen the political awareness, self-organization and social commitment of citizens, especially young people. It is one of the few independent public spaces in Novi Sad, which aims to be an alternative to the omnipresent depoliticization of everyday life in this post-communist country. CK13 affirms the values of anti-fascism, solidarity, non-violence, democracy, human rights, equality, feminism, pluralism, responsibility, dialogue and openness.
