COURTHOUSE

Immediately on the side of the metal bridge, known as the "little bridge". A compact and imposing rectangular form characterizes the plan of the courthouse, located on the edge of the false canal. However, the hardness of the ensemble is counterbalanced by its rounded roof with red tiles and its aligned oblong windows, a rare architecture in the region that evokes the buildings in vogue at the same time in Budapest. Built in 1908, the courthouse is an excellent example of the Hungarian secessionist style, which was eager to get closer to its roots.
