CITY HALL
The imposing town hall of Zrenjanin dates from 1820 and dominates the large central esplanade of the small town. It makes an impression, in its very recognizable secessionist style in the heart of the city, with its neoclassical facades with high colonnades. The very nice touch that makes it special and sublime is its beautiful slate roof whose varied colors form frescoes. The whole shows the wealth and ambition of this small town when it was prospering. The 19th century baroque style illuminates the perfectly proportioned square.
