Today it has become the oldest preserved house in the region. It was built around 1850 for the needs of Petar Katić, a well-known local merchant and politician. It is considered one of the most beautiful houses in Moravian Serbia. Its square architecture with an extended roof is combined with Ottoman influences - wide balcony and woodwork. For a long time, the house was a nobleman's residence. Today, it is an exhibition place and its garden is used for painting workshops.
