Located in its namesake hotel, the Regent aims to lock down the luxury and fine dining landscape in the city. It's not exactly a great chef's restaurant, but it manages to serve good food, well presented in cozy, if somewhat flashy, luxury. The kitchen serves a long, quality international menu that offers you, for example, 10 steaks in sauce, all different, all excellent. To keep the atmosphere going, after the meal you can smoke one of the many cigars on sale, in antique armchairs.
