This find has no sign and is located in a dead end street next to an art gallery. Baba ganousch is an Arabic term that can be translated as "spoiled dad". It is a typical Middle Eastern dish made with grilled eggplant, tahini, garlic, lemon and olive oil. It is on the menu of this unique vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Pristina. It's a bit of a fad, but it's very well done with lots of colourful and tasty mezze. In summer, tables on the terrace in the dead end.
