Behind the Parliament, 150m west of the Skanderbeg statue on Mother Teresa Square, is another trendy café with book-covered walls. Opened in 2015, it offers cocktails, coffees, beers, wine and small food.
It's a great place to meet up with friends, hold a business meeting or work. On the menu, the burger is quite honourable, as is the coffee. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Concerts and cultural events are also regularly organised here.

Une terrasse extrêmement agréable, séparée de la rue par de la végétation qui sert aussi de déco. L'intérieur est aussi très agréable, avec des étagères remplies de livres accrochées aux murs. Le mocha caramel était très bon et gourmand, les eaux "détox" bien moins... Les prix sont plus élevés que la moyenne de la ville. J'y retournerais néanmoins avec plaisir !
