Inaugurated in 1961, this monument (Përmendorja Vllaznim-Bashkim, Spomenik Bratstva I Jedinstva) takes its name from the main slogan of socialist Yugoslavia. It consists of a 20 m high obelisk with three columns representing Serbian, Montenegrin and Albanian partisans who died in 1941-1945. In addition, there is a bronze sculpture depicting the brotherhood of eight partisans. However, this has been distorted by the addition of the colours of the flags of countries that supported the KLA in 1998-1999.
