Forming a wooded crescent of 14 ha, this park (Parku i qytetit, Gradski park) is the closest to the city centre. Renovated in 2020, it has a café, a playground, paved paths and a small monument dedicated to Boro Vukmirović (1912-1943) and Ramiz Sadiku (1915-1943). One Montenegrin, the other Albanian, they were friends and leaders of the Kosovo partisan network. They were shot at this place by the Albanian nationalists of the Balli Kombëtar on 10 April 1943. The monument was vandalized by the KLA in 1999 and only the statue of Ramiz Sadiku remains.
