Located in the heart of the cobbled streets of the old town, this is one of the most serious establishments in Prizren. It has an ATM, a bar, a restaurant with terrace, parking, efficient staff and room service. Served by a lift, the rooms are comfortable, quiet, well kept with storage, a good bathroom and quality bedding (Wifi, air conditioning). Laundry service, paid shuttle to Pristina airport, possibility of car rental.

Depuis que l’hôtel a changé de direction c'est une catastrophe. Si cela se limitait à l'accueil déplorable de l'ensemble du personnel cela irait mais la cuisine est immangeable et si vous trainez trop à table on vous retire votre assiette avant la fin. Il y a un spa et une piscine au sous-sol mais c'est payant et cher, même pour les clients de l’hôtel, quand celui-ci n'est pas fermé (15h-19h uniquement). Passez votre chemin!
