The tourist office of the municipality of Prizren offers a lot of professional contacts for accommodation, restaurants, discovering the monuments of the most beautiful city of Kosovo, as well as doing sports activities in the area or in the national park of Šar mountains (hiking, skiing, kayaking, paragliding...). During the season, two other information offices are open in addition to this one: one at the bus station, the other in the street "of the blacksmiths" (Farkëtarët), which is located opposite the stone bridge (Ura e Gurit, Kameni most).
