This tourist office (Zyra e informacionit turistik, Turistički informativni centar) is not on the same level as the one in Peja/Peć. It has only one employee and works mostly with volunteers, nice but not very efficient. Note also that the office might move to the future and uncertain city history museum that might be installed in the Abdullah-Pacha-Dreni kula. So don't be surprised if you find the door closed.
