Located on the korzo, this ëmbeltorja (pastry shop) is reputed to be the best in the city. People stop here to buy meringues, baklava, tulumbas (Balkan churros), rice pudding(sytliash me oriz) or ice cream(akullore) during their evening walk. They also serve a refreshing homemade lemonade and, in winter, boza, a fermented cereal-based drink of Ottoman origin. A little further along the korzo is the lovely terrace ofëmbëltorja Bleta, another iconic address in Peja/Peć, founded in 1919.
