LE 745
Address offering semi-cooked tuna, squab and pan-fried foie gras with port sauce in Lomme
Arnaud Stasiak, a young 32-year-old chef at Marc Meurin in Busnes, Ledoyen in Paris and Mas du Langoustier in Porquerolles (to name but them) has what we call a reassuring CV. The intimate atmosphere of evening evenings contrasts with the frénésie of lunch, the address being very appreciated by the people who work nearby. The alert and friendly service perfectly boasts the creations of this chef, such as mi tuna, squab and green cabbage, the bar deposited on a sweet potato, the classic but still delicious pan-fried foie gras and its port sauce. But before the coffee, one thing is sure, you cannot stay in the dessert heading, declination of chocolate. An address rising, rising and expected to reach heights quickly.

Once inside, you discover a very special atmosphere. A mix of cosy, class, chic and familiar. It is true that do not make you want to striking to laugh with your friends but good...
The cuisine is run by a michelin-starred chef therefore that levels you already... As a result it is really well presented super beautiful, you feel creativity. the products are always fresh and you can find original dishes depending on the season.
However, this restaurant can be a little expensive. Is around €40 for a full menu. But frankly! there is no problem to be very good food in a super place once from time to time...
