Its aim is to boost the creation of innovative companies and jobs in this sector within the metropolitan area. The site is developing a series of innovative services: a logistics hub to improve product transport, a food factory to enable the exchange of best practices between players in the sector, and an R&D department to promote innovation. The business incubator-accelerator provides personalized support for all projects. Located on the wholesale market (MIN/ZAMIN), Euralimentaire is the economic lung of the sector.
