Biltong is a dried meat specialty for which Pierre, a French travel enthusiast, discovered a passion when he lived in South Africa! The ingredients: beef, vinegar and spices, preserved in sachets. It's all very high in protein, very low in fat, additive-free and super-convenient to transport! There's something for every taste: "original" recipes, garlic, cumin, chilli... even limited editions or batches to test out the options. It's local, it's tasty and it's perfect for sharing as an aperitif!

Délicieuse alternative au saucisson ou jambon tout en ayant très peu de matière grasse. Rajoutez à cela des gens très accueillant et souriant ! Un grand merci, je reviendrai !
